We want you to be completely satisfied with your RBX Active gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our goal is to get you back to your workout as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system; a small processing fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products are in new, unwashed condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
